Ordering your muesli online is quick and easy. Here's more information about payment methods, shipping methods, security and returns.

Payment methods

We offer several convenient payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

Your order will be shipped as soon as we’ve received your payment.

For your security, your card information is encrypted by SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping on deemuesli.com is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties.

Shipping

At DeeMuesli, we’re working around the clock to keep our online services ticking over smoothly. To ensure the safety of our team members, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual but we will aim to get your order to you as soon as possible - usually within 2 working days.

Standard delivery via Bpost is still free for as of € 20. 
Shipping costs are 3,95€ for orders up to 19,99€. Shipping costs are calculated in the check-out.

Returns and cancellations

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us via email or Messenger within one hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns

To return your product, please send us an email at info@deemuesli.com so we can arrange the pick-up of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days after receipt of your purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@deemuesli.com.
