OATMEAL-BANANA PANCAKES

Pancakes are always a good idea and these oatmeal-banana pancakes from Beau Bewust will be ready in no time. In addition, you probably have all of the ingredients at home already.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 ml milk (plant or nut)
  • 140 grams rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Coconut oil to bake

  • Toppings: A handful of Dee Muesli Red, fresh fruit, coconut yogurt, honey or anything you like!

INSTRUCTIONS

With a food processor, pulse the rolled oats to a fine powder. Add the eggs, milk, bananas, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until you get a smooth batter. Place a frying pan on a low to medium heat and add some coconut oil. Place little rounds of the batter into the pan. Flip the pancakes when one side is nice and brown and then cook the other side. Put the pancakes on a plate and top with yogurt, fresh fruit and, of course, some delicious DeeMuesli Red. Enjoy!
