Raspberry Muesli Bars
Muesli Layer Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 90 grams DeeMuesli (or approximately 1 cup)
- 4 tablespoons ghee (or sub coconut oil, melted)
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Raspberry Jam Layer Ingredients:
- Two cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ cup chia seeds
- Maple syrup to taste (optional)
